Plasflow provide a comprehensive range of standard and bespoke solutions to suit your needs. A complete support service is offered to ensure the right solution is found, this includes advice, drawings and consultation.
Plasflow have butt fusion capabilities from 90mm up to 1200mmØ and employ a fully trained extrusion welding team for all types of plastic fabrication. All standard fabrications from 90mm – 1200mm are produced from Auto CAD drawings, which ensure exact measurements/tolerances are maintained. A wide range of standard fabrications is offered:
- Bends – Mitred & Moulded
- Tees – Mitred, Moulded, Machined & Pulled
- Y Branches – Mitred, Extrusion & Pulled
- Crucifix– Mitred & Extrusion
- Stubs – Assemblies Pupped, Reduced Assemblies
- Reducers – Concentric Pupped, Eccentric Pupped
Fittings are offered in either mitred or moulded variants, with standard or pupped leg lengths and can be manufactured from stock materials or at the free issue of our customers.
All standard fittings are manufactured within an ISO9001:2000 accredited environment, which ensure full weld traceability.
Plasflow can also offer a tensile testing service which ensures welded joint integrity up to 50kn (5 tonne). This facility is available to all customers but only carried out by request and may be subject to an additional charge.
