Imposing stringent standards of control throughout the whole manufacturing and inspection process allows for full traceability of welding, giving clients the confidence that all our products meet the highest quality and standards.
Plasflow’s Tensile Testing facilities are available to all customers, by request. Ensuring the highest levels of welded joint integrity to 50kn (5tonne), either through testing to recognised industry standards such as WIS 4-32-17 or to individual customer requirements.
Plasflow have the ability to conduct comprehensive pressure testing up to 16 bar with digital / graphic print outs further development in this area is also ongoing.
