Plasflow’s fabrication facility encompasses the latest CNC Controlled butt fusion machines, which are continually monitored and updated by their manufacturer technicians. With over 12 fabrication machines programmed to either WIS or DVS standards and cutting capability up to 1200mm Plasflow are capable of manufacturing large quantities of welded products to meet not only tight deadlines but more importantly at competitive rates.
Plasflow’s butt fusion welding team have been fully trained to EN13067 to ensure fabrications of assured quality in both polyethylene and polypropylene materials. Plasflow’s additional extrusion welding service provides added flexibility with bespoke fabrications, including tank manufacture.
